The London Tecumsehs are excited to announce that we will be hosting Fitness Fridays - free
exercise sessions designed to improve Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Speed and Agility.
We have teamed up with some industry professionals in Fitness and Yoga to give players and parents the opportunity get active and build towards the upcoming season.
Yoga sessions ** and Boot Camps ** will be run as a Family event - meaning Parents are encouraged to join in with the Players as well. The Speed & Agility session will be only available to players. These sessions are reserved for London Tecumsehs families only.
To attend a session please fill out the form for the specific date you would like to attend - we only ask for the name of each person who will be attending. Forms can be found on the Fitness Friday tab in the menu bar - or by clicking the links at the bottom of this page. Players and parents are encouraged and allowed to attend every session - there is no maximum.
The sessions will be held in the gym at J.P. Robarts Public School - 84 Bow St, London. Please make sure to bring water, wear comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga mat (for Yoga & Boot Camp) if you have one.

Sherry Bettridge - Modo Yoga
- Session will consist of a mix of poses designed to build strength and increase flexibility

- Session will consist of exercises focused on improving Speed & Agility
