Good day Mosquito Parents and Players!!
Winter Workouts have been going great so far, and now
we are into the Tryout Phase of the Year!
Please remember the following additions to the Friday practices. Note the Friday of March break there will be no practice. Please make as many of these practices as we can to give the coaches an opportunity to assess the skill levels accurately. All of the following are at Centrefield Sports.
Sunday March 12: 6-7pm batting cage; 7-8pm field 5 time (paid)
Sunday March 19 : 12-1 batting cage ($5)
Wednesday March 22: 630-830pm batting cage (paid)
Saturday April 1: 8-9am field 1/2 (paid)
Sunday April 2 : 12-1 batting cage ($5)
Tournament and important date schedule for the upcoming season:
May 26-28 - St. Thomas
June 10 - Double Header opening day at our park
July 14-16 – London Tecumseh Home Tournament (parents will be expected to volunteer)
July 28-30 - Halton Hills
I am hoping to add one more in August as well. At the end of August, early September we will have OBA playdowns LDBA playoffs and the OBA Championships.
We are also in the process of finalizing an equipment package for the team and finishing up our pepperette fundraiser. Please begin to bring in the orders.
