Tryout Dates and Centrefield Sports Workouts
Official tryout dates for Minor Mosquito have been set.
Please check the team calendar weekly in case any changes need to be made.
Official tryout dates for Minor Mosquito:
Monday, March 26 at JP Robarts - 6:00 - 8:00
Friday, March 30 at Centrefield Sports - 6:00 - 8:00
Monday, April 9 at JP Robarts - 6:00 - 8:00
We have had a fantastic group of players show up for this year's Minor Mosquito workouts. So far, there are 24 players registered for the workouts. To ensure ample playing time and pitching depth, we will only be taking 12 players for the team. That means there will be some very difficult decisions for the final roster. I will be bringing in at least two members of the London Tecumsehs Coaching Committee to evaluate and assess players vying for the final roster positions. These coaches do not know the players personally and they do not know the players history with the London Tecumsehs. They will evaluate and assess the players abilities in an unbiased and unemotional manner. I believe this will be the surest way for each player to be gauranteed a fair opportunity to make the final roster.
