Hi everyone,
Tryouts and practices are scheduled to start in a few weeks time which is exciting news. It is not too late to register - get signed up and mention it to friends - it is so important to get back to playing baseball!
I am hoping that all players have been getting into baseball shape over the past few weeks and will be ready to hit the ground running. If you have not already started - please start throwing 2 - 3 times per week to build up your arm strength. I would also suggest adding some sprints in a few times a week as well to make sure the legs are ready to go as soon as we are able to get onto the fields.
