In a weekend dominated by great pitching, including two complete games, the London Tecumsehs Major Mosquito team, also known as Team EPIC, battled their way to a perfect 5-and-0 record to capture the tournament title.
The boys played their hearts out in extreme heat and really came together as a team.
They also had the opportunity to take in a Detroit Tigers game on Saturday night.
On behalf of the entire coaching staff, we'd like to thank the boys for playing baseball the way it's supposed to be played. We received countless compliments from parents and coaches of our opposition that were extremely impressed with our teams pitching, hitting, defense, and gamesmanship. It was a pleasure and an honour to share the field with them this weekend.
