Winter Workouts - FEB 7TH SESSION
Any prospective catchers should bring their catching gear with them this Wednesday night. There will also be team sets of catching equipment on hand for those that do not have their own. We will also have the LTBC Pitching Instructor, Brent Wales, on hand to work with our young athletes.
Brent will be working with the group on the fundamentals of pitching and observing/instructing the group for a warm-up bullpen session. Brent will also be back later this month (Feb. 21st) to work with our pitchers and catchers.
